To post properties, bookmark favorites, or initiate contact with owners, you may create an account under one of our designated registration profiles:

• Individual Homeowners & Buyers: Full name, verified mobile number (authenticated via OTP), email address, preferred cities, and search preferences.
• Corporate Layout Builders & Developers: Registered company name, corporate identification number (CIN), GSTIN, official business address, authorized representative contact, and RERA project registrations.
• Real Estate Agents & Channel Partners: Firm name, individual broker credentials, RERA agent registration number, active coverage locations, and corporate email.

4. Property Listings, Media & Master Plans

When you submit a listing for an independent house, apartment, commercial shop, open plot, or mega venture, we collect and publish data necessary to showcase the property to verified buyers:

• Property Pricing: Total expected sale price, price per square foot or square yard, and negotiable status.
• Specifications: Built-up area, carpet area, plot dimensions, bedroom configurations (BHK), bathrooms, facing direction, and furnishing condition.
• Visual Media: High-definition photographs, layout blueprints, venture master plans, and video links. You confirm that all uploaded photographs accurately represent the property and do not violate privacy rights of neighboring premises.
• Statutory Approvals: RERA approval numbers, DTCP/HMDA/Municipal layout approvals, and title encumbrance declarations.

Hyper-local precision is fundamental to Owner Keys. We utilize geographic information to power radius-based proximity searches (e.g., within 2 KM, 5 KM, or 10 KM):

• Property GPS Coordinates: We record and display precise latitude and longitude coordinates provided by the seller to allow buyers to locate the exact property on interactive maps.
• Device Geolocation: With your explicit browser or device permission, we access your approximate device location to compute straight-line distance to properties in your vicinity. We do not track continuous user movements in the background.
• Location Controls: You may modify or revoke browser location permissions at any time via your browser settings. You can also manually select your city (such as Rajamahendravaram, Hyderabad, or Visakhapatnam) from our city picker.

6. Direct WhatsApp & Phone Inquiries

Owner Keys connects property seekers and owners directly without middleman filters:

• Direct Contact Exchange: When an interested buyer clicks "Connect via WhatsApp" or "Call Owner," we facilitate direct routing to the seller's verified telephone or WhatsApp interface.
• Off-Platform Communication: Once you initiate phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or site visits, those communications occur outside of our servers. We encourage users to maintain professional discretion and verify title deeds before transferring monetary tokens.
• Anti-Spam & Privacy Protection: We employ rate-limiting algorithms to detect automated web scraping and protect owners against telemarketing robocalls and commercial spam.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies, session tokens, and HTML5 browser LocalStorage to provide a responsive user experience:

• Authentication Tokens: Secure tokens (ok_access_token) stored in client storage to maintain your authenticated login session.
• Wishlist & Favorites: Local storage caches (ok_wishlist_ids) to enable instant property bookmarking and heart icon synchronization across browser tabs.

• Authorized Payment Gateways: All payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) are processed directly by RBI-licensed payment gateways. Owner Keys never stores your card CVV, PIN, or net banking passwords on our servers.
• Billing & Tax Records: We maintain payment reference numbers, GST invoices, customer billing addresses, and package validity duration for accounting and tax compliance.

10. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing third parties. Data is shared only under strict conditions:

• Between Buyers and Sellers: When you express interest in a property, your verified name and contact information are made available to the lister to coordinate visits.
